Where do you ship from, and what is the processing time?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from New Jersey.

Shipping costs depend on weight and the number of bags purchased. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before completing the order. We charge the actual USPS rate and do not add fees to the product price.

How will I know my order was placed successfully?
An order confirmation email will be sent. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes, orders can be canceled before shipping. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may return the item according to our return policy.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, the delivery address can be updated. Please email us at info@vekyde.com as soon as possible. Since we process orders quickly, timely requests increase the likelihood of successful changes. If the order has already shipped, you may need to contact USPS directly for address modifications. Once a shipping confirmation is sent, we cannot modify the address. You may contact USPS directly for any changes.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method:

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the order confirmation email with online purchase or within 14 calendar days of the receipt date with in-person purchase. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Is the bag machine washable?
Yes, it is machine washable.

How should I clean the bag?
Wash in cold water inside a mesh laundry bag with mild, fragrance-free detergent. Avoid bleach. Lay flat to dry indoors.

Will the bag shrink after washing?
Made from natural cotton canvas, the bag may shrink 0.5-10% after the first wash. Stretching the bag to reshape while damp and after drying to maintain size. 

Does the bag wrinkle?
Yes, the fabric may soften and wrinkle after washing. Stretching the bag to reshape while damp and after drying helps maintain its form.

How should I store the bag long-term?
Store in a garment bag or wrapped in cloth, away from direct sunlight. Keep in a cool, dry place. If humidity is a concern, use silica gel packets to absorb moisture.
